学术讨论的工作量和高分雅思作文一个段落的量差不多，写作过程短平快，只要围绕一个观点做出完整的逻辑展开即可。

以本题为例，问的是企业在商业活动中重视道德行为建设是否能增加收益？那么一般站在同意的立场。展开可以按照这样的逻辑链：重视道德行为重要—能提高社会声誉/员工忠诚度—潜在顾客数量变多/留住更多人才—为企业带来更多收益。

此外，托福学术讨论的例子可以自由编纂，只要合乎常理即可，无需真实案例（雅思写作一般不建议通过举例的方式来论证，尤其不能编纂故事会一般的例子）。

原创例文：

In my opinion, companies should emphasize ethical behavior in order to make more profits for the organization. The reason is that companies’ fame and employee loyalty are vital to the sustainable development of them. If companies are willing to shoulder social responsibility by investing in social issues such as environmental protection or helping the poor, they will accumulate more followers, namely potential customers, who appreciate their behavior. Moreover, companies that treat their employees well are also likely to retain talents who can make more contribution to the organization. In this way, companies can develop sustainably from the long term, thus making more total profits. For example, Apple, which is a pioneer in communication technology, continuously donates money to charity organizations and annually enhances salary for employees, regardless of their occupations. In order to show gratefulness to Apple’s beneficiary behavior, many charity organizations that have been helped by it voluntarily publicize Apple’s new products every year, exposing the brand to more potential customers. What’s more, Apple’s support for their employees has retained unaccountable high-end talents, who create billions of dollars of profits for it. Therefore, putting emphasis on ethical projects can help companies make more profits in the long run.

在我看来，公司应当重视道德行为，以便为组织赚取更多利润。原因在于，公司的声誉和员工忠诚度对其可持续发展至关重要。如果公司愿意通过投资环保、扶贫等社会议题来承担社会责任，它们就会积累更多追随者，也就是欣赏其行为的潜在客户。此外，善待员工的公司也更有可能留住人才，而这些人才能为组织作出更大贡献。这样一来，公司就能在长期内实现可持续发展，从而赚取更多总利润。例如，作为通信技术领域先驱的苹果公司，持续向慈善组织捐款，并且每年为员工加薪，不论其岗位如何。为了表达对苹果善行的感激，许多曾受其帮助的慈善组织每年都会自愿宣传苹果的新产品，使该品牌接触到更多潜在客户。更重要的是，苹果对员工的支持留住了无数高端人才，而这些人为苹果创造了数十亿美元的利润。因此，重视道德项目能够帮助公司在长期内赚取更多利润。
