The process diagram has clearly depicted the detailed steps of producing fresh orange juice, starting with delivering fresh oranges into factories and ending with selling the bottled juice into shops.

Overall, the process of fresh orange juice production can be divided into the following stages: collecting and processing fresh oranges, crushing oranges into juice, and directly delivering juice into retailers or manufacturing fresh juice into concentrate juice which can be stored for future production.

At the beginning, trucks carrying fresh oranges collected from orchards deliver them into factories where the oranges are processed through a few rounds. In the factories, the oranges are washed by clean water on the streamline, after which they are crushed by the machine with the shape of filter and waste solid is separated from the juice, which can be used to feed stock. Next, some fresh juice is bottled for sales while the rest is further processed.

Some of the juice is processed into the state of concentrate juice and stored. Initially, the juice is sent to other factories that are equipped with evaporation facilities by refrigerator trucks. Then the water contained in the juice is totally evaporated within the machines, generating concentrate juice. Subsequently, the concentrate juice is canned in iron bottles, which are later delivered by trucks to warehouses. In the future, these concentrate juice can be combined with water in factories and packaged in plastic bottles for further sales in individual shops.
