话题分析

本单元的话题是“变化的世界”，写作时应围绕着对比人或事物的过去与现在展开。文章通常采用"总分总"的结构，开头总领全文，点明人和事物发生了巨大变化:中间部分可从生活环境、交通方式、日常生活等角度分层展开，通过今昔对照凸显变化的具体方面;结尾则结合自己的情况，阐述能采取的行动，或表达对未来的美好展望。描写过去的状态与事件时使用一般过去时，描写当下的情况或过去变化对现在产生的影响时，用一般现在时或现在完成时。人称以第一、三人称为主。

         1.         Great Changes in My Hometown

Over the last few years, great changes have taken place in my hometown.

Firstly , the living environment has improved greatly. In the past, there were few trees and flowers Now there are more parks and green plants in the city. Secondly, the transportation has also improved. The roads used to be narrow and dirty.People used to go out only by bike or on foot,  Now they have become wider, and new streetlights make it safer to walk at night. The high-speed railway has made traveling faster and easier.Shared bikes and private cars are everywhere.  Thirdly , people's daily lives have changed with the development of technology. Even my grandmother, who didn't know much about phones, can now make video calls and shop online. Besides, many new parks, supermarkets and cinemas have appeared, which makes our life much more colorful and convenient.

I'm amazed by the changes in my hometown. I beelieve it will become better and better in the future

       2.                        Changes in My Daily Life

Now that our society is developing fast, my daily life has become quite different.

For example, I used to take the bus to school. The trip often took a long time because of heavy traffic. Now our city has a new subway. It cuts my travel time from 40 minutes to just 15 minutes. This makes my daily trip much faster and more comfortable.

My living environment has also improved. In the past,some areas near my home were sandy. But with greening efforts,now the land is covered with green trees and beautiful flowers.

Besides,shopping is much easier now. High-tech greenhouses now provide fresh fruit and vegetables all year. We can also buy different products online. How convenient it is!

All these changes have greatly improved my daily life. I feel lucky to live in such a wonderful time.
